About the Event

In the body, everything is a question of balance! "Prana": the life force, the breath and "Ayama": the expansion of the life force, so Pranayama means the expansion of the life force. 

Pranayama consists of exercises that allow one to become aware of our breathing movements. A primordial work when we know that inspiration activates the sympathetic nervous system (the one that puts the organism in a state of alert and sometimes in a stressful situation) while expiration acts on the parasympathetic system (which relaxes and calms). This breathing is mainly done through the nose.

In this short  6 days online breathwork program, we will help you in analyzing your breathing and provide you simple breathwork practices that will correct your breathing imperfections and help you to enhance self awareness, lengthen attention span, a quick way to destress from the body and  preparation for Pranayama practices. Every day you will discover a new breathing technique that you can practice at home.

The common mistake most do is to jump into the Pranayama straight away. It’s like attempting the Everest without acclimatizing for the environment. Learn to understand your breathing patterns so that you can select the right Pranayama practice for you. 

The workshop will be given by Kalpendra Chauhan Ji.

Kalpendra Chauhan Ji who has been on the path of Yoga and spirituality from an early age of 19 born and brought up in traditional north Indian Spiritual family . His expertise lies in understanding the science behind yoga, breathing, meditation, and relaxation practices to help people find the balance between mind, body, and soul.

He has obtained Masters degree in Yoga science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar in 2008. He also has earned a post-graduate Diploma in Yoga and Holistic Health from HNB Garhwal University in 2005 and Certified Yoga teacher (ERYT 500 from Yoga Alliance USA),He has been teaching Yoga Philosophy, Pranayam, Yoga Nidra and Meditation for over 12 years now. His simplicity transcends into his teaching philosophy.

His depth of knowledge, yoga expertise, and humility makes him a favorite among students. He has unique expertise in his subject where he gives more importance on implementation rather than theoretical knowledge.He is considered one of the best yoga teacher and most friendly person.

His span of work experience includes designing Yoga programs & curriculum, training future Yoga teachers, delivering meditation courses and breathing workshops in India as well as abroad.
