After a deep dive into Virgo season, starting new healthy habits, observing our routines and upgrading any health issues (and the end of Mercury retrograde energies!!) - Libra season begins this week on September 22nd, the same day as the September Equinox. Get ready for the change in seasons by focusing on what balance means to you. What tools allow you to find inner stillness? How do you return to your center easily? Libra reminds us that life will always bring us storms. What matters most is how quickly we can bring ourselves back to peace. Libra season is about working on restoring your own sense of calm first, then extending that harmony to raise the vibrations of your relationships.

Did you know that Mantra recitation is a millennial technique that has proven long lasting effects upon our brain ? It is excellent for the ADD brain - helps us keep focus and be less dispersed in our minds - but it also has psycho-magical effect that is to appease the mind, the running monkey, and let the higher self whisper and express the information we need to hear. In the silence of our minds, we can hear the more subtle information we need to hear and grow from.


Sometimes it feels like being in a meeting with our higher self, our (inner) Guide.

When we chant Mantras we get into a state of peace. This is a very good state to take decisions, to program your week or find solace during an intense period in your life. Another way of finding peace is perhaps to get some valuable insights on your relationships and joint ventures. If you are considering a new collaboration, or entered a new relationship and want to know more about it, you could opt for an astrology reading. Physical workout, and Yoga in particular, have always been a very efficient if you want to stabilise your mind and get more clarity. Kundalini Yoga in particular is a specific type of yoga that works on a deeper level of our beings. Many participants of our online retreats have shared about the quantum leaps they went through, releasing deep rooted patterns, some they were not even aware of. On October 15, we will be hitting the mat again. During 40 days, we will meet every morning on zoom to practice for 30min together. This is part of the Chouchou of the Savitri Life Academy. 🌳 Nature Walks 🦶🏼

The Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, or Forest Bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity, as well as lower heart rate and blood pressure, boost the immune system and accelerate recovery from illness. Simply being in nature, by opening our senses, we bridge the gap between us and the natural world. We connect through sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch bringing us back to merging with the natural world. It's autumn this week, a perfect moment to go outdoors, be in the forest and breath in the change of seasons. Here is a meditation and a practice for the inter season period.
